THE DEN OF THE ASSASSIN
Big Bang Book Moment.
I spent a great of my early career working on Wall Street. Literally and figuratively, Wall Street is a very intimate place due to the substantial early history that took place during America's colonial period. Having spent time on the 'Street' as a transactional banker, and, having great familiarity with geopolitical agenda's, including the challenges that occurred globally in the early 1990's in the Soviet Union and Russia, The Den of the Assassin was a natural. And I remember very specifically standing on a very important manhole cover diagonally between our nation's first capitol, Federal Hall and the mighty New York Stock Exchange, and thinking about how Russia's nuclear weapons were being sold to India and Pakistan ... but that was the least of our problems. What concerned me was their biological warfare capability and capacity to corrupt our electronic superhighway via cyber warfare. And as I stayed in my thoughts, while standing on this manhole cover, I began to think about China's capacity, too. And so - The Den of the Assassin tells a story that is based upon undeniable facts.
